The VMI Board of Visitors adopted this manual of financial policies
and procedures at its 12 February 2000 meeting. The segments of this document in
blue print represent policy which can be changed only by authorization of the VMI Board of
Visitors. The segments of this document in black print represent procedures which
may be changed by authorization of the Superintendent.
